If we find an error (price, description and promo) in the goods/products you ordered, we will notify you and give you the option to reconfirm your order (with the correct price or description) or cancel it. If we cannot contact you, we will consider the order canceled. If you have already paid for the order, we will refund your money.

Shipping

Your tracking number will then be activated within the next 42 hours maximum.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, country destination, and the weight and dimension of the product. We are not responsible for products that are lost after the order has been placed in the hands of the delivery courier, but you can contact us with fill form to claim or report problems, so we can help as much as we can. Regardless of the effort we put in to meet all delivery deadlines, we do not warrant exact time shipping as schedule the delay may happen because of postal/carrier delays, logistic, or bad weather. However, we will keep you updated as much as we can.
