Return

After the order is received, you should make video unboxing with shipping label/airways bill visible, video clear, not cut or split. If the order you received is incorrect/damaged/incomplete to claim return please send your proof video unboxing to email admin@dignitymart.com so we can investigate. If the results of our investigation come out, we will inform you whether we accept the return claim or not. If we accept, you can proceed to the return process. All returns must be mailed within 7 days of the order received. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and label attached.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at admin@dignitymart.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address :

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
